This platoon has a direct connection and unique access to men and women with boots on the ground in Ukraine. Six months ago, a few Bend locals – some with Ukrainian connections – decided to help fight this war of unjust aggression. To date, we’ve raised over $20,000 to supply first aid kits, body armor – and even a few drones and we’ve sent these directly to the front line.
